Our Story
CPArchitecture was founded in the Cape's Southern Peninsula in 2019 by Chelsea Pedersen, a driven architectural professional and ambitious female entrepreneur in the building industry. Although focused mainly on upper class residential buildings, we have also been involved in some commercial and low-cost housing projects. We are highly effective at collaborating with clients to understand needs and we strive to exceed our clients' expectations. Our core values are integrity, ethicality and providing quality service. We embrace challenges as opportunities, and innovate in resolving them to provide the greatest benefit.
