House Cowan, Scarborough

One of the best site locations in Scarborough with being sheltered from the wind and having Table Mountain protected area across the road contributing to uninterrupted views of the Atlantic ocean. A complete first storey reno with new granny flat alterations below.
House Gremels, Noordhoek

Completed
A project with a fantastic view of Chappies and a client with an amazing vision. Open-plan, fluid and spacious. Tasteful combination of raw materials namely timber, steel and concrete. Great flow between interior and exterior.

A vacant plot with a ton of potential. Building plans approved and construction has commenced.
House Atkinson, Glen Cairn

Design finalized
This project is right up the road from our office in the valley of Welcome Glen. Consisting of a new triple garage with a rentable flatlet above - plus new extensions & alterations to the existing timber home at the back of the property. The new two-bedroom dwelling will definitely attract many potential tenants and buyers.
Peak Academy, Fish Hoek
2022 - 2022
Completed
We were recently involved in the design and construction of the new Peak building in Fish Hoek which will facilitate grades 7 and 8. This project involved the transition of a residential dwelling into a place of instruction. Construction is complete and school in operation.
